Will you bill my insurance?
We are contracted with most major insurance companies. We will obtain all necessary authorizations and documentation required and will submit a claim on your behalf.

Do you carry bariatric equipment?
We have an extensive inventory of bariatric equipment available. However, some items are available as special orders. Please call us at 1-800-287-0643 and one of our customer service representatives will be glad to assist you.
Do you have Respiratory Therapists on staff?
Yes, we have a large clinical department that counts with over 119 years of combined homecare experience. We are also able to support bi-lingual patients.
How do I clean my respiratory equipment?
For Oxygen, Cpap/Bilevel, Apnea Monitors, Nebulizers and Suction Machines please refer to "Cleaning Instructions and Replacement Guidelines".

How often can I replace my supplies?
We have put together a comprehensive list based on most major insurance guidelines. Please note that this is a general guideline and your particular health insurance may have different coverage criteria. Please call us, and one of our representatives will verify your benefits.
Do your driver technicians and clinical personnel carry identification?
All our personnel carries company issued identification, in addition all our driver technicians wear company issued uniforms.
